"Ventricina" salami is typical of southern Italy. Its origins lie in the hilly area between Abruzzo and Molise. Made with 100% Italian meat, it has the typical aroma of fennel and an orange color given by the presence of chili pepper in the mixture. The taste is sharp and spicy. Gluten-free. Milk and dairy free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
