The "EMILIA e ROMAGNA" box consists of: no. 1 seasoned sausage "Passita" di Romagna (about 500g each), no. 1 salami "Emiliano Riserva" (about Kg 1), no. 1 salami "Romagnolo" (about Kg 1). SALSICCIA STAGIONATA PASSITA DI ROMAGNA: This is a unique thin salami. It is the typical sausage from Romagna, produced according to the ancient recipe with the best lean meat from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. It undergoes a short and very delicate seasoning process aimed at obtaining a tender and sweet product, an easy peelability and with an inimitable meltiness on the palate. SALAME EMILIANO RISERVA: is produced using 100% Italian lean meats that have been carefully selected and cleaned. The mincing of the mixture is medium, the casing is gentle, and the salami tying is done by hand. The taste is delicate and the aroma is the unmistakable one of salami "from the old days." SALAME ROMAGNOLO: This is a high-quality salami made using 100% Italian lean pork that is finely minced and to which lard is added later. It is carefully stuffed into natural casings. The taste is sharp.
