SALAMELLA: This is a salami that in the past was used, along with bread, as the only meal of the peasants on working days. When cut, "Salamella" is red with evenly distributed fat. The slice is soft and firm. SALAME CORALLINA LONG SEASONING: is characterized by a slow seasoning, more than 5 weeks, in special cells, which gives the salami an inimitable flavor and taste. SEASONED GUANCIALE TRANCIO: with its unique flavor and intense, heady fragrance, Clai Guanciale is dedicated to those who love the centuries-old tradition of this product, which is enhanced by the 100% Italian meat from Clai's supply chain and a long, slow and delicate seasoning, about 3 months.
