Made from 100% Italian meat, "Corallina" salami has a lingering aroma and strong taste. During processing, according to tradition, cubed fat lard is added to the minced meat. "Corallina" salami originated in Norcia, but its fame spread throughout the Lazio region. Particularly in Rome where, even today, it is highly appreciated and is the "Easter" salami par excellence. Gluten-free. Milk and dairy-free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
