The "APERITIME" box consists of the following salamis, all made with 100% Italian meat: no. 2 seasoned "Passita" sausages from Romagna (about 500g each), no. 1 seasoned "Diavoletta" sausage (about 450g each), no. 1 "Abruzzese" salami (about 350g each) and no. 2 Italian "alla Cacciatora DOP" salamis (175g each). SALSICCIA STAGIONATA PASSITA DI ROMAGNA: This is a unique thin salami. It is the typical sausage from Romagna, produced according to the ancient recipe with the best lean meat from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. It undergoes a short and very delicate seasoning process aimed at obtaining a tender and sweet product, an easy peelability and with an inimitable meltiness on the palate. SALSICCIA STAGIONATA DIAVOLETTA: is prepared with meat cut into a medium grain in the traditional way, mixed with salt, ground chili pepper and fennel seeds. The aroma is characterized by a hint of spices. The color is bright red and the taste is strong with spicy notes. SALAME ABRUZZESE: This is a typical cured meat from the Aquila area. Characterized by its irregular flat shape, it recalls the effect that this salami cured between two woods had in ancient times. The mixture is made by adding natural flavorings, salt, ground pepper and whole grains of pepper in large quantities. It is presented in a small, pressed size with a strong, peppery taste. SALAMINI ITALIANI ALLA CACCIATORA DOP: This is a small salami, also known as "Cacciatore," which over time has obtained the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) designation that protects its ingredients and recipe. Dry and compact, it is ruby red in color with evenly distributed grains of lard.
