SALSICCIA STAGIONATA PASSITA DI ROMAGNA: This is a unique thin salami. It is the typical sausage from Romagna, produced according to the ancient recipe with the best lean meat from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. It undergoes a short and very delicate seasoning process aimed at obtaining a tender and sweet product, an easy peelability and with an inimitable meltiness on the palate. SALAME CONTADINO: is a high quality salami created in full respect of the Emilian tradition. The 100% Italian meats are processed to the highest quality standards and bagged with care. Attention to the drying and curing phases, which take place in special brick cells, gives this salami the unmistakable aroma of yesteryear and a delicate taste. SANGIOVESE SUPERIORE RISERVA DI ROMAGNA DOC "PETRIGNONE" CANTINA TRE MONTI: This is the archetypal Sangiovese di Romagna. It comes from the grapes of the Petrignone estate, donated from very old vines. An organic wine that has a bright red color and an intense aroma of pulpy fruit, black cherries, and spicy notes of black pepper. The flavor is persistent. The Tre Monti winery was founded in the early 1960s by Sergio and Thea Navacchia, and today it is run by their sons Vittorio and David. The vineyards extend over the two estates owned, one located on the hills of Forlì and the other on those of Imola for a total area of about 50 hectares at an average altitude of about 120 meters above sea level.
