The "SAPORI FORTI" box consists of: no. 1 vacuum-packed "Hungarian Long Seasoning" salami half (about 1.8 kg), and no. 1 vacuum-packed "Spianata Spicy" salami half (about 1.2 kg). HUNGER SALAMI LONG AGING: This is the product with the slowest aging of the entire CLAI assortment, more than 100 days. The special curing system in special cells allows a slower release of water from the meat thus making the product more fragrant, rich in aromas and uniform in both texture and smokiness. The taste is round, with smoky notes. SALAME SPIANATA PICCANTE: This is a salami that has fennel and chili pepper in the mixture. The color is orange. The use of spices during processing gives it a particular intense and persistent flavor.
