SALSICCIA STAGIONATA PASSITA: is a unique thin sausage. It is the typical sausage from Romagna, produced according to the ancient recipe with the best lean meat from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. It undergoes a short and very delicate seasoning process aimed at obtaining a tender and sweet product, an easy peelability and with an inimitable meltiness on the palate. FORMAGGIO MISTO FAGGIOLA: is made from cow's milk and fresh sheep's milk. Matured on wooden boards, it is characterized by a light and tantalizing taste. Faggiola cheeses are rigorously artisanal, still processed by hand, one by one, by Master Cheesemakers who guard the wisdom of the farming tradition combined with the security of a certified and constantly evolving quality. The milk that is processed is only mountain milk, high quality 100% Italian and from the pastures of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. OLIO PODERE PRATALE: 100% Italian oil that is born in the marly arenaceous soils of the hills of Borgo Tossignano, near the Parco della Vena del Gesso Romagnola. A new territory ideal for the native varieties Nostrana di Brisighella and Ghiacciola, and also for Correggiolo. The olive groves are cultivated on an area of 6.5 hectares at an altitude of 350 m, using the integrated method. The cold-pressed, medium-intense fruity oil has hints of ripe almond, leaf and artichoke in the finish. Sweet and slightly spicy mouth entry. Activities and services take place within the territory of the Union of Municipalities of Romagna Forlivese. They offer different types of jams, sauces and vegetables in oil. SANGIOVESE SUPERIORE RISERVA DI ROMAGNA DOC "PETRIGNONE" CANTINA TRE MONTI: This is the archetypal Sangiovese di Romagna. It comes from the grapes of the Petrignone estate, donated from very old vines with an unknown clone. An organic wine that has a bright red color and an intense aroma of pulpy fruit, black cherries, and spicy notes of black pepper. The flavor is persistent. The Tre Monti winery was founded in the early 1960s by Sergio and Thea Navacchia, and today it is run by their sons Vittorio and David. The vineyards extend over the two estates owned, one located on the hills of Forlì and the other on those of Imola for a total area of about 50 hectares at an average altitude of about 120 meters above sea level.
