The "TUTTI I GUSTI DI NAPOLI" box consists of: no. 1 "Napoli Piccante" salami (about 1.30 kg), no. 1 "Salsiccia Stagionata Napoli" (about 450g), no. 1 "Osolemio" salami (about 800g). SALAME NAPOLI PICCANTE: has chili pepper inside the mixture, which thus gives a particularly red color to the meat. Attention to the stewing, drying and curing stages gives this salami an unmistakable aroma and a strong taste. The slice has a deep orange color, the mixture appears compact with a coarse grain, with a clear distinction between the bright red color of the lean meat and the white of the fat. SALSICCIA STAGIONATA NAPOLI (NAPLES SEASONED SALAMI): is characterized by a pinkish color tending toward red, and by a pleasant, strong flavor. It has a typical scent of cured and spiced salamifrom a slow aging, more than 5 weeks, in special cells, which gives the salami an inimitable flavor and taste. SALAME OSOLEMIO: The name of this salami recalls the Neapolitan tradition, but the recipe and processing are typical of traditional Italian haute charcuterie. Drying is done in brick cells and curing takes place very slowly, contributing to the salami's unique flavor and intense aroma. "Osolemio" is characterized by a slightly smoky flavor, with notes of Aglianico red wine, typical of the Campania region.
