Faggiola "Misto" cheese is made from cow's milk and fresh sheep's milk. Matured on wooden boards, it is characterized by a light and tantalizing taste.
Faggiola cheeses are rigorously artisanal, still processed by hand, one by one, by Master Cheesemakers who guard the wisdom of the farming tradition combined with the security of a certified and constantly evolving quality. The milk that is processed is only mountain milk, high quality 100% Italian and from the pastures of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. "Misto" cheese is made from cow's milk and fresh sheep's milk. Matured on fir boards, it is characterized by a light and appetizing taste. Not suitable for people intolerant to lactose and allergic to milk proteins.
