"Corallina Lunga Stagionatura" is characterized by a slow aging, more than 5 weeks, in special cells, which gives the salami an inimitable flavor and taste. The "Corallina" salami was born in Norcia, but its fame spread throughout the Lazio region. In particular in Rome where, even today, it is highly appreciated and represents the "Easter" salami par excellence. Gluten-free. Milk and dairy-free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
