The mixture is made by adding natural flavorings, salt, ground pepper and whole grains of pepper in large quantities. It is presented in a small, pressed size with a strong, peppery taste. Gluten-free. Milk and dairy free. 100% Italian meat (UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification).
